萊州華銀杰鴻機(jī)械有限公司是萊州華銀試驗(yàn)儀器有限公司的獨(dú)立子公司。
萊州華銀杰鴻機(jī)械有限公司主要以零部件的鑄造和加工為主，產(chǎn)品材質(zhì)包括灰口鑄鐵、球墨鑄鐵；鑄造工藝有粘土砂鑄造、樹脂砂鑄造、覆膜砂鑄造等。主要產(chǎn)品有：汽車配件、汽車發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)配件、石油裝備配件、食品包裝機(jī)配件、工程機(jī)械配件等，年生產(chǎn)能力達(dá)到12000噸以上。公司主要客戶有：哈爾濱一汽變速箱有限公司、一汽普雷特汽車傳動(dòng)科技有限公司、法士特、煙臺(tái)杰瑞石油裝備技術(shù)有限公司、日本KITO公司、日本久保田公司、韓國LS、大東、東洋公司等多家公司。
公司總面積3萬多平方米，生產(chǎn)面積1萬余平方米，固定資產(chǎn)凈值3000萬元，公司擁有職工130人，技術(shù)人員8人，檢測人員8人，管理人員20人。公司擁有先進(jìn)的生產(chǎn)設(shè)備和先進(jìn)的檢測設(shè)備，主要的生產(chǎn)設(shè)備有：立式加工中心16臺(tái)，臥式加工中心4臺(tái)，數(shù)控車床20臺(tái)， 0.5噸中頻電爐1臺(tái)，1噸IGBT電爐2臺(tái)。主要的檢測設(shè)備有：光譜儀、三坐標(biāo)2臺(tái)、液壓萬能試驗(yàn)機(jī)、金相顯微鏡、爐前分析儀、測溫槍、洛氏硬度計(jì)、布氏硬度計(jì)、數(shù)顯布氏硬度計(jì)、超聲波球化率快速分析儀、快速碳硫分析儀等。
Laizhou Huayin Che-Hung Machinery Manufacture Co.Ltd. is located in Laizhou ,Shandong Province, China.There is an advantage location and transportation with neighboring Jiaoji Railway , near beautiful coastal city Qingdao on the Southeast .HYCH was founded in 2016,owned by Laizhou Huayin Testing Instrument Co., Ltd as stand-alone subsidiary ,covering an area of 15000 square meters and building area 10000 square meters.Now there are more than 200 employees,including 2 senior engineers,10 engineering and technical personnels.
Ø HYCH has complete casting production and machining equipment, advanced instrumental analysis and inspection equipment.Such as 500KG/1000KG Intermediate frequency electric furnace , Shell core machine, Clay sand molding machine, resin sand production line,Vertical Machining Center(VMC),Numerical Control Machine(CNC),Direct-reading spectrometer, CMM,etc.HYCH is a professional manufacture of castings incorporating designing and developing, producing processing, machining into an organic whole, which can satisfy customers’ all needs at different level of product quality and different physical or chemical properties.
Ø HYCH mainly produces gray iron,ductile iron,with an annual production capability of more than 10000 tons.The products are various auto parts,agricultural parts ,pump parts,engineering parts, oil equipment parts ,totally hundreds of products.HYCH, which is certified by ISO9001 and CE SGS certificate. The products sales to Germany,America,Janpan,Italy,Canada and other countries. HYCH is doing better and stronger on the development of the manufacturing , at the same time, pursuing to accelerate industrial restructuring and economic development patterns, introducing advanced technology, actively entering the high-end products and striking for the goal of high-tech, modern, international.
